There are high demands for Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools with opportunities in and around Essex, including but not limited to Chelmsford, Colchester, Sudbury, Clacton, Bishops Stortford, Basildon and Southend.


  • No previous experience required
  • Must be willing to work with special educational needs within a mainstream school setting
  • Must have a passion for education and helping individuals to achieve their full potential

Teaching Personnel support primary schools with staffing gaps on a short-term, long-term and permanent basis.

Our Primary team works with schools that cater for children with special educational needs, emotional and social difficulties within a mainstreamschool setting.

  • Youth offending services
  • Supporting NEETs

  • Teaching / learning support experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
