Description

Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Events Administrator to join their team based in Rubery on a temporary basis for two months.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, speaker coordination, and attendee registration
  • Ensure that all expenses are within budget
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure that all conference logistics are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Distribute marketing materials as requested
  • Manage all communication with conference attendees, speakers, sponsors, and vendors before, during, and after conferences
  • Oversee onsite logistics during conferences, including registration, audiovisual equipment, and catering
  • Booking accommodation as required

Requirements:


  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a temporary position for 2 months with an immediate start.


Hours for this role are Monday to Friday, on rota between 8.30am - 4.30pm and 9.30am - 5.30pm working 35 hours a week.
