Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:

The Role
We are looking for two business intelligence analysts.

You will work within the newly formed data and process team and you'll specialise in a particular business area - our key priorities are currently in recruitment and retention and quality and compliance.

This role is key for our charity to access meaningful data to inform our strategic direction and decision making. This is a brilliant opportunity to be involved in the redevelopment of our data architecture and associated analysis.


Day to Day:


  • You'll be focussing either on recruitment and retention or quality and compliance
  • You will be having brilliant conversations to understand colleague's processes, their systems, and their data and reporting needs
  • You'll be developing engaging and meaningful Power BI content
  • You'll support data analysis helping teams to understand what they do well, and what needs improvement

Your values:


  • You will have experience summarising and presenting data from relational sources
  • You'll have excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail making informed and evidencebased approaches
  • You love problem solving no challenge is too big

Skills and Experience

  • You will be experienced using Power BI
  • You will have experience working with large and complex data sets and analysing these
  • You might have experience in recruitment in a large, complex organisation
  • You might have experience or knowledge of Social Care regulatory compliance
