Are you looking for an opportunity to join a forward thinking and well established HR Team?
Do you have experience supporting on end-to-end recruitment?
Are you confident working with managers on monthly payroll activities

I am delighted to be working with my client to find a HR Assistant to join their team on-site in Lincoln.

So what's the role?

  • Processing of monthly payroll including; starters, leavers, sick pay, deductions etc
  • Providing first line admin support to the HR department
  • Ownership of endtoend recruitment process
  • Responding to first line ER
  • Have experience supporting or leading on recruitment activities
  • Be confident supporting managers on all payroll activities
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be confident working with multiple stakeholders
