Do you have experience supporting on end-to-end recruitment?
Are you confident working with managers on monthly payroll activities
I am delighted to be working with my client to find a HR Assistant to join their team on-site in Lincoln.
So what's the role?- Processing of monthly payroll including; starters, leavers, sick pay, deductions etc
- Providing first line admin support to the HR department
- Ownership of endtoend recruitment process
- Responding to first line ER
- Have experience supporting or leading on recruitment activities
- Be confident supporting managers on all payroll activities
- Have strong interpersonal skills and be confident working with multiple stakeholders
