Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for helping others? We are currently seeking a Secured Mortgage Collections Advisor to join our clients team

As a Secured Mortgage Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Working with customers to resolve outstanding mortgage debts and assist them in creating payment plans.
Identifying and addressing potential issues that may prevent customers from paying their debts, and finding solutions to those issues.
Maintaining accurate records and keeping uptodate with current regulations and laws related to mortgage collections
Communicating effectively with other departments and internal stakeholders.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to problems
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Proven track record of success in a similar role
Experience in mortgage collections is highly preferred
