Hospitality

Up to £90,000

Hybrid/Remote - 1 day in office - Stockton-on-Tees


Our partner is looking for an experienced People Director to join their senior leadership team, we are looking for someone who is passionate within this field and can guide the business to continue their impressive growth and empower their staff.


You will be able to provide legal advice to the business, introduce and pilot the implementation of processes and be a vocal part of the Senior Leadership meetings.

The aim of the business is too great a great place to work and really create a sense of wantingto be a part of the company.

They are within the hospitality sector, ideally, we are looking for someone who comes from a similar industry however if you have a great track record in transforming business environments then please get in touch


What to expect:


  • Overall responsibility for personnel and training strategy
  • Introduction and implementation of process
  • Create a real desire to work for the business
  • Advise and guide Senior Team
  • Become an ambassador for the business and their goals
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Managing staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Motivating and supporting current staff.
  • Maintaining staff records.
  • Handling employee benefits.
  • Identifying staffing needs and creating job descriptions.
  • Designing and directing training programs.

Who are we looking for:


  • Experience in Senior HR positions or People Director role
  • Experience implementing strategy
  • Ideally from Hospitality but not essential
  • CIPD 7 Qualified desirable
  • Passionate about their work
  • Personable, good team culture
  • Driven and motivated
  • Experience advising/leading SLT meetings/presentations
