EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITY:
We are currently recruiting for a UK Premier Events Venue, for the role of
Track Team Manager. It's an exciting new opportunity to work for a highly reputable events organisation with unrivalled hospitality facilities


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Responsible for the Track operation, track team and presentation
  • Monitor and evaluate all staff training and training needs
  • Ensure accurate and appropriate instructions are given to track team members to ensure company procedures are undertaken
  • Ensure all track staff absences are reported to Group HR department, to include holiday, sickness, no show, lateness and contract renewal

Skills/Requirements:


  • Great organisational skills
  • Experience managing and training a team
