Description

We are looking for:


  • An experienced and nurturing Teaching Assistant with a commitment to ensuring our children's health and wellbeing are promoted and developed alongside their learning.
  • A reflective practitioner, constantly looking to improve their practice.
  • A knowledgeable person who has a good understanding of child development in Early Years and Key Stage 1 and Key Stage
  • A person who is able to support teaching and learning using visual aids, overlearning and supporting resources appropriate to the needs of the children.
  • Someone able to deal with everchanging needs of the children and able to perform well under pressure when working with a group of children with differing needs.
  • Someone that goes above and beyond for the children in their care as well as the people they work alongside.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to attend meetings with professionals and parents as required.
  • Commitment to working in partnership with parents and the community.
