Join us as a Support Tutor in Morecambe. Our team of experienced tutors are passionate about helping learners achieve to their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist experienced tutors in delivering engaging and effective lessons to learners.
- Provide oneonone or small group tutoring sessions.
- Help students develop study skills and strategies for success.
- Create lesson plans and educational materials under the guidance of senior tutors.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching methods and approaches.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact on learners' lives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to adapt to the learning needs of individual learners.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Salary for Support Tutor:
- up to £28,000 per year, dependent on experience
- 37.5 hours a week
- Pension Scheme
- Travel paid at 0.40p per mile
Additional Information:
- PHX Training Induction and Shadowing within first 2 weeks

This role will require an enhanced clearance from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
