Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain financial records by accurately recording daytoday financial transactions
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
  • Prepare and submit tax forms and other compliance documents
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employee salaries
  • Collaborate with the finance team to support budgeting and forecasting activities

Skills:


  • Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies or errors in financial data
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
