Recruitment Hunters are recruiting for a
Talent Acquisition Advisor for their Higher Education client based in London NW1. Job Evaluating expereince is required for this role and ideally from the Higher Education sector.

This talent role will be working within the Research Higher Education field and experience is required in Recruiting, Advising, Resourcing and Securing excellent talent for this unique client.

You should also be experienced in Job Evaluating/Role Analysis andhave experience of a Score Pointing System.

We are looking for an experienced
Recruitment Talent Acquisition Advisor to start ASAP on a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract, with possible options of going Permanent after the 12months Contract.

This role will suit an experienced
Recruiterwho has experience of recruiting into the Higher Education arena (Ideally).

People who also have a big interest in Data Science & Research would really suit this interesting forward thinking firm.

Following on from a huge injection of funding into this firm, the university are rapidly recruiting across the board, making this particular role vital.

Backgrounds that would also suit would be Resourcing, HR Recruitment, Talent or Agency Recruitment.


The new role has been designed to support the Recruitment Business Partner and the rest of the team through an ongoing phase of growth and change.

The Recruitment Team has been working hard to implement a robust recruitment process and the Job EvaluationScheme. In phase two of the implementation, we need to embed HERA Job Evaluation in our processes by coaching and supporting our stakeholders across Research and Professional Services areas


We are looking for a proactive, capable, and autonomous individual with an in-depth knowledge of role analysis and solid previous recruitment experience preferably gained in Higher Education.

You will be also able to advise hiring managers how and whereto attract the best talent.

With process improvement as your second nature, you will have a comprehensive knowledge of Employment Law, and a robust knowledge of Visas & Immigration.


Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, the Recruitment Advisor will lead on the design and delivery of recruitment training content, HERA job evaluation, and visa and immigration.

You will provide guidance, support managers with the interpretationof our internal and external recruitment policy and procedure and will oversee the daily recruitment service.

You will lead on ad hoc additional project work related to EDI practice and ATS implementation.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Resourcing Advisor
  • Support the team with the creation of smart recruitment templates (streamline of Job Description and Person Specification)
  • To identify gaps in service and opportunities for service improvement.
  • To oversee the ATS system and monitor vacancy performance by creating and managing recruitment reporting or KPIs.
  • To support the Recruitment Business Partner with ad hoc and large projects e implementation of the online recruitment system, HERA socialization documents
  • Be the first point of contact for escalated
  • Responsible for monitoring the service level provided by the recruitment
  • Support the Recruitment Business Partner with complex visa & immigration queries and keep track of visa holder's requirements.
  • Conducting recruitment briefs with hiring managers, assessing the needs of the role, review external market intelligence and be a source of specialist advice to ensure the correct methodology and recruitment strategy are recommended and agreed.
  • Manage the job evaluation process within HERA, ensuring consistency of job titles and grades across the organisation.
  • Ensure that recruitment activities and initiatives support and are aligned to the Equality Diversity & Inclusion best practice and ensure that EDI is embedded in our recruitment processes.
  • Direct line management of one Recruitment Officer

This
Talent Acquisition Advisorrole, is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract position based in London N1, starting ASAP working Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.

The Salary will be paying £40,000 - £43,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits. The role will be a Hybrid role, 2 days Office and 3 days Remote.
