My client, who are based in Wallingford, are an FMCG company.

They are in a super exciting period of growth and have rapidly grown, expecting to continue to grow in 2023.

They are looking for a new Account Manager to join their fun and bubbly team


Description

The Account Manager's key responsibilities:

  • Qualifying, developing and closing their own sales opportunities within their sales territory
  • Attending facetoface meetings with prospects
  • Expected to develop opportunities which seek to upgrade contracts
  • Add additional product categories and expansion to more sites within the companies portfolio of clients
  • Manage, nurture and grow a existing customer base through sales skill set. with access to our wide range of food & beverage offerings the opportunity size is extensive
  • Schedule regular meetings, establish where opportunities exist and execute a plan to over achieve your targets
  • Problem solving queries
  • Building credibility and deeper trust between your clients

Profile

The successful Account Manager will:

  • Previous Sales experience is required
  • Be a people's person and a strong relationship builder
  • Will be detail orientated
  • Have a confident telephone manner
  • Great communication skills
  • Will be targetdriven and money motivated
  • Account Management experience is desirable, not essential
  • FMCG industry experience is desirable, not essential
