Description
Responsible for driving sales and development through in store Regional Artistry Events and Education Workshops.

Working with ASEM and Education Department to identify key areas of focus and development. The Lead Experience Artist will lead by example executing the Bobbi Brown brand vision and strategy.


Luxury Sales Performance:


  • Leads by example delivering an exceptional consumer experience, achievement of retail targets
  • Drive luxury service through coaching in store teams to achieve Retail Targets set by Management / Brand.
  • Provide feedback to Studio Managers regarding staff performance, artistry standards and development.
  • Highlight key opportunities that will drive performance to Education Department.
  • Drive KPIs and share best practices with peer Lead Experience Artists, ASEMs and Education
Department.


Eventing / Social Media:


  • 360 Create and Lead Events in line with Brand and Retailer strategy, within the Region ensuring event days are
a success, driving and delivering incremental sales.

  • Provide coaching to Retail Artists and Managers on successful Event Planning, Appointments Booking and
Execution of in store Events.

  • Elevate social media presence with a brand BB_ profile to drive brand awareness and advertisement of events.

Education Support:


  • Work alongside the regional Store Managers to identify and address training needs and opportunities within
their teams. Address these with the Education Department and ASEM to create a training development plan.

  • Host on counter Education Workshops to drive sell through of new launches and evergreen products.

Artistry:


  • Motivate and inspire makeup artists on counter through artistry training and workshops.
  • Provide 11 artistry support and development to Retail Artists within your region.
  • Attend Artistry development training at HQ.
  • Support backstage at Events when applicable.
  • Support Education & Artistry across PRO Scheme / Beauty Schools Trainings.

Admin:


  • Report the regional weekly sales recaps from your store visits, reviewing successes and key opportunities.

Qualifications Qualifications**:


  • Minimum 3 years within the beauty industry.
  • Displays organizational, customer service, public speaking, artistry and training skills.
  • Ability to develop others using the KISS education tool 'Keep it simple stupid'
  • Store Based with approximately 50% travel across the region.
