Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Communications Executive will join our marketing team who are working to drive ambitious business growth through a variety of marketing channels.

This is an exciting opportunity, suitable for someone looking to make a difference.

The role

Campaign Management: working alongside the Marketing Director to ensure all external and internal communications are executed in line with the campaign plans.
Work with a diverse depot network to understand depot and regional needs, to produce relevant messaging and communication.
Create briefing documents and produce required assets in partnership with Regional Teams, Digital and Sales.
Assist in the creation of a brand marketing calendar, identifying the monthly messages and content requirements.
Managing the branded organic social channels which will include sourcing stories from across the business to publish
Support the Marketing Director with postcampaign assessments to optimise CRO & ROAS, utilising GA metrics
Finance: support in raising POs and keeping the budget tracker up to date and on target
Produce the monthly internal newsletter; sourcing stories from across the business to publish.
Ensures asset and collateral availability to assist sales to communicate our business value to our existing and potential customers
Report on campaign effectiveness and overall performance

Requirements:

Knowledge of available channels for communication to ensure the business maximises its ommunication to our target audiences
Educated to a higher level (ideally in Marketing)
Ability to use the Adobe suite
Experience in understanding core Google Analytics measures
Social media management
Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish strong working relationships and foster collaboration with key stakeholders
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Able to work to deadlines in and complete tasks with high degree of accuracy

Excellent copy writing skills

Compensation and Benefits;
Annual Bonus: 10%
