JustOT are recruiting for an experienced HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist, to work with our well-respected client based in South East London

Looking for an Experienced Reablement Occupational Therapist to join our well established team

Main Duties for the Reablement Occupational Therapist includes;

Use OT expertise to assess for the implement, evaluate and review Reablement and support plans, for service users and carers.

These plans will enable individuals to achieve maximum independence in their own homes

Plan and agree reablement goals to achieve maximum independence and reduce the cost of ongoing care

Provide minor equipment and adaptations.

Refer on for major adaptations as appropriate to the adaptation therapy team

Manual handling experience


Pay Rate:
£40.00 ph depending on experience

Full time - flexible working


Essential Requirements:
HCPC Registered, Social Services Experience, car driver
