We are looking for a Senior Physiologist, to join this welcoming team of healthcare professionals within the medical centre based in London, which is proud to be the UK's largest private diagnostic and outpatient centre.


My client is renowned for its development in its team and you will be fully supported with your aspirations for your future career progression.

They have a reputation of delivering an exemplary patient experience, with their holistic patient approach being at the forefront of all they do.


They cater for all ages from infants to elderly, with the role supporting patients on defining and using the most appropriate recording techniques to achieve the data for clinical interpretation, this is accomplished with the use of some of the sectors' most advanced equipment available.

The hours of the service are usually between 08:00am - 08:00 pm, so it will be vital to have a flexible and proactive approach and be able to support on-call and out of hours where needed.

Who are we looking for ?

You will be a Physiologist who has completed your BSc in Clinical Physiology, or equivalent. Having Post graduate experience within Neurophysiology is desired, but not essential. You will be a Physiologist who has a wide range of experience in EEG's, EP's and Intraperative Monitoring.


The role will involve performing quality, highly accurate and complex electroencephalograms and Evoked Potentials including visual, brainstream and somatosensory within the department and by the patients bedside.

Whilst in theatre you will complete accurate Intraoperative monitoring - SSEP, MEP, VEP,BAEP and facial.

Alongside these duties you will support the Consultants with Nerve conduction Studies and EMG's ensuring that the environment is safe for colleague and patient alike.


From your experience as a Physiologist, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to adhere to company guidelines and adhere to compliance set by the relevant regulatory bodies in order to maximise the efficient and safe setting for everyone in the clinic.

BSC in Physiology or similar
Post grad experience in Neurophysiology desired, not essential
EEG experience
EP's Experience
Intraoperative Monitoring experience

This hospital is based in St Johns Wood, Central London and is commutable from Notting Hill, Westminster, Ealing, Wood Green, Finchley, Battersea, Brixton, Stratford, Peckham and Wimbledon.
