**Finance Capability Lead

Windsor/London/Remote**Our client is an International energy and services company providing energy services to consumers across the globe and driving innovative products and solutions to drive power to the customer in more ways than one.

This role provides an amazing opportunityto redefine how our client does business with its customers and its colleagues in the future.

The role will be responsible for defining the Financing to-be process whilst bring a fresh set of eyes to an established business, that sometimes, can be set in itsways.

What you'll be doing:

Be accountable for the delivery of the existing and future roadmap. Plan, source or conduct appropriate user research to identify key needs and use cases to define or evolve service offering.
Work closely with Financing teams to deliver efficiency and maximum gain through simplification.
Provide a communication line between the Development team, Designers, BAs, QAs and Scrum Master and other major stakeholders, ensuring that the delivery plan and any risks or issues are communicated promptly back to senior leadership.
Story definition, creation, review and signoff in line with agile principles
Integration of financial Risk/crimes mitigation process and practise
Manage and ensure the allocation of time and resource in line with Capex investment.

What else do you need to know?
This is a contract opportunity, initially for 6 months.

Our client is based in Windsor, however they currently offer a hybrid working model and an opportunity to work from home as well as their London offices too.
