In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably, while benefiting all.

The Professional Products Division is universally known for exclusively supplying salons and other professional customers with the most advanced technologies in hair and beauty products.

The 8 brands within this division are L'Oréal Professionnel, Kérastase, Shu Uemura Art of Hair, Redken, Pureology, Matrix, Biolage and Pulp Riot.

You will

  • Deliver exceptional education digital/face to face sessions and events to support the growth of our consumer base.
  • Continuously monitor and track performance of education assets.
  • Ensure consistency of technically correct information across all platforms and standardise digital/face to face course delivery.
  • Be responsible for the correct education path to support new products training the education team on all elements of a successful launch.
  • Ensure all learning styles are ticked on every education session (i.e., visual, sensory etc.), and ensure Educators are aware of these.
  • Work on key strategic projects to increase brand awareness to our industry, showing your brand as the ultimate offering.
  • Contribute to a full 360 pro advocacy plan with the Online Content team and Marketing to increase consumer awareness.
  • Find and recruit brand consumer facing pro advocates to elevate brand positioning.
  • Work closely with the L'Oréal Professionnel managers to ensure that the education projects support the Commercial objectives of the business.
  • Attend all Education meetings, consistently injecting passion and inspiration into the team through new innovative projects and ideas.
  • Have a strong understanding of planning and working to a critical path.
  • Be able to selfmanage and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Deliver ongoing coaching and education sessions, alongside content creation and delivery.

You have:

  • Significant experience in an education role with a strong background in educating hairdressers.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills with experience of building relationships across an organisation.
  • A solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity.
  • Experience of managing change through rapid growth.
  • A strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • The ability to track data, draw accurate conclusions and communicate key messages succinctly.
  • Strong planning and organisation skil
