Responsibilities:


  • Process and review claims in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of claims data.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in claims.
  • Answer customer inquiries related to claims.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide customer service to claimants.
  • Work with other departments to ensure proper processing of claims.

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
