Reed Education are currently looking for a dedicated, organised and Teaching assistant to work with an outstanding Flintshire based Primary School on a long-term basis.

This will be a full-time position, starting after the Christmas half-term.

Responsibilities include:

Supporting teachers to set up exciting and innovative lessons
Working on 121 basis with children to support them in their learning and development journeys
Supporting children to learn both inside and outside the classroom
Supporting the class teacher with daily lesson plans and helping plan and prepare the classroom for different tasks.
Delivering small activities using the national curriculum and providing support during lessons

- working very closely with other members of staff to further develop pupils learning within lessons

Encourage positive learning through showing good demonstration of initiative to get stuck in
Promote positive relationships with pupils when assisting on a 121 basis.

To be considered for this role you would need to have:

Register with the Education Workforce Council
Two references with your relevant experience within the last 2
