What will I do as a Transport Supervisor:

Working with the support of your Regional Logistics Manager, you will empower your team of driver's to consistently deliver exceptional brand standards.

You will manage a 24-hour transport operation ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy and drivers comply with traffic and driver's hours' rules.

You will be responsible for the depot's budget and will ensure all relevant KPI's are met.


What we're looking for in a Transport Supervisor:

  • Previous management experience ideally within a similar working environment and or industry.
  • A people focused manager who is supportive of an inclusive culture and environment.
  • A meticulous manager, who is compliance and cost control minded.
  • Ideally you will hold a Full UK driver License, C1 Licence, Driver CPC and Digi Tachograph.
  • Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
