Are you looking for your next customer focused role? A market leader in their industry and boasting a Gold Investors In People award, are looking for motivated and enthusiastic customer service advisors to join their growing business.

Based in Belper and with the opportunity to move to remote working after a successful probationary period, you will be a good listener and have the natural desire to provide an excellent level of service to your customers.

To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials:

Proven experience of providing excellent customer service
Natural problem solver
Excellent communication skills
Excellent telephone manner
IT Literate

Within this position, you'll also be:

Ensuring all calls are answered in line with business needs
Coordinating provisions across the business for customers
Providing support to customers as needed
Booking appointments
Updating the inhouse system with all customer interactions

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £23,000 per annum, plus bonus

Working hours are 39.5 hours per week on a 5 week rota, predominantly Monday - Friday and some weekend shifts
