Ongar, Essex

£23,000-£26,000 per annum

Friday 8:305pm

Adecco Harlow are pleased to be working in partnership with a well-established, market leading business located in Ongar. Due to their year-on-year growth, this organisation is currently looking for two Service Administrators who will work closely together.

This role will be ideal for an individual who has strong Customer Service skills or some Administration experience along with being IT literate and having great organisational skills.

Main duties:

Managing the service and maintenance mail inbox and ensuring all queries are actioned in a timely and professional manner.
First point of contact for incoming telephone calls.
Raising jobs on the system
Dealing with the renewals and quoting for new maintenance contracts.
Issuing amended contracts and invoices when needed.
