- time or part time Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to work within Integrated Therapies as part of the Early Intervention Team (EIT). The team is a multi
- disciplinary team made up of: therapists, social work practitioners, reablement support workers (carers), nurses, Suffolk Family Carers link worker, British Red Cross support workers and close links with the dementia intensive support team. The post is to be worked over 7 days with extended weekday hours on a rota basis.
