Our Mission
We imagined a world where everyone could manage their finances simply. An app that could get people saving and investing with the help of automation. So we've built it. Now, Plum lets customers across 10 different countries handle all their money needs in a single place.

In 5 years, we've grown from 2 co-founders sharing a rusty desk in Soho, to a brilliant, hard-working team of 150+, with offices in London (HQ), Athens and Nicosia.


As you can see, we've been busy - but there's still plenty of exciting projects in the pipeline and we could use a little help.

That's where you come in


The Team:
We're looking for a talented Product Lead to join our Product Team in London and focus on Consumer Wealth. You'll be working to help us add new features at Plum, for our users in the UK and Europe


The Role You'll be expected to take the lead on the product side of rolling out new product features that align to our Plum strategy and vision, to help our customers achieve their wealth goals. This is a core component of our investment product strategy, so you need to have adequate experience, or have been working at a slightly more junior level, with an ambition to now take a step up. You'll be managing other product managers as well as leading a talented squad of engineers yourself.


Ideally You Will

  • Set the strategy and vision for the wealth products.
  • Be responsible for helping shape the creation of future wealth products.
  • Finding the best solution for our wealth products, including negotiating and securing deals with partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to ensure Plum has a market leading product.
  • Lead a team of talented productminded engineers to achieve a common growth goal.
  • Manage a small team of product managers.
  • Have a high attention to detail and can demonstrate working on world class products in your previous roles.

Ideally You

  • Have 6+ years of experience building a mobile consumer wealth product/s across UK and Europe
  • Are a fintech and personal finance enthusiast, with background in the industry and having launched wealth products ideally on mobile apps in the past.
  • Are able to manage a team of engineers, speaking their language and able to communicate business needs in a constructive & timely way.
  • Are able to transmit your enthusiasm to your team and make sure you are all working effectively towards your goal.
  • Are excited to work in a startup already disrupting the financial industry and see it grow.
