Do you think you could take care of our healthcare sites? Applications are invited from enthusiastic, caring, well
- motivated, flexible, and suitably qualified persons for the post of Caretaker.

Badger is a 24/7 operation with various sites across Birmingham. We are looking to recruit either part-time and/or full-time Caretaker on either a temporary or permanent basis to support our colleagues in our Head
Office and at our treatment centres based at sites across Birmingham.


You will possess a range of building management, maintenance, DIY, caretaking, and gardening skills together with the ability to supervise and work alongside cleaning staff or contractors.

You will be responsible for carrying out day to day general maintenance and site work and it is essential that you have experience of ensuring the efficient day-to-day running, presentation, and management of sites.


As caretaker, you will ensure the environment is maintained to a satisfactory standard and your aim will be to deliver a quality service in a healthcare environment where high standards are set and expected.

Personal qualities include commitment, honesty, initiative, and tact. A driver's licence is essential.
