Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute the funds' compliance monitoring plan including conducting monitoring activities, documenting results and creating management information
  • Review, draft and implement relevant compliance policies and procedures including proposing enhancements to oversight activities
  • Provide regulatory advice if needed and prepare management information as well as board reports
  • Manage the Compliance aspects of the oversight program of the Funds' delegates

Key Requirements:


  • Previous experience working for a buyside organisation, ideally based in Ireland or working with Irish regulations
  • Knowledge of UCITS and AIFMD; Fund Governance and CP86; Investor protection; Product governance; Conflicts of Interest and Delegate oversight essential
  • Strong compliance background executing a monitoring plan
