T24 Application Support - Banking

  • Experience of configuring within T2
  • Experience and knowledge of Banking IT, specifically around
    Payments, SWIFT & Sanctions Monitoring:
  • Support all IT Application Services within agreed SLA's.
  • Manage interactions with the service owners to enhance the service provision, through the delivery of enhancements, bug fixes and upgrades, which is in line with bank policy.
  • Communicate and document any Application based IT incidents, in line with bank policy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to relate effectively to users at all levels
