Procurement Data Analyst month FTC) - £55,000 - £65,000 - London, UK - Hybrid working - leading Global Professional Services Firm

I am excited to be partnering with one of the leading key global players in the professional services domain, who are looking to onboard an experienced Data Analyst to support their larger Procurement function.

I am looking for someone with strong Data Analytics background - experience analysing, collating and communicating key supplier spend data across one or more indirect services categories (IT/HR/Professional Services/FM etc.)

This is will be a - 9 month fixed term contractual role (pro rata) and will sit within their larger global Procurement Team.

The role is based in a fantastic location in London with flexible hybrid working.

**Please Note - Procurement background is preferred but not a must have. All you need to have is a strong background in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform supplier spend analysis analyse, collate, translate and communicate key supplier spend data to support the global procurement team
Spend/Cost modelling using various analytics tools, such as MS Excel MS BI, Tableau etc.
Drive process improvement initiatives by providing strong data analytics and insights to support continuous improvements
Liaise with key stakeholders (IT, finance, accounts etc.) identifying opportunities for cost savings for key services spend areas
Manage RFIs/RFQs
Help the larger procurement function in their supplier rationalisation efforts by providing recommendations backed by strong data metrics
Identify opportunities for increasing addressable spend area of procurement
Organise stakeholder meetings and deliver presentations (PowerPoint) to communicate findings and share insights

Key Skills:

Strong experience in data analytics analysing supplier spend data to support procurement
Experience in analysing spend data for indirect services spend areas
IT, HR, Professonal Services etc.
Experience using various analytics tools such as
MS Excel, MS BI, Tableau, Altyrex etc
Proficient in using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word
Proficiency in using various P2P (Purchase to Pay) tools such as, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Excellent interpersonal skills ability to effectively engage and liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical bent of mind with strong problem solving abilities
Ability to perform individually and as part of a team
