Scaling insurance company is looking for a Business Analyst or Product Owner with an understanding of financial systems to support their online service centre and in-house digital systems.


Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with business stakeholders to understand requirements
  • Translating business requirements into epics and user stories for the development team
  • Supporting the development process and providing input
  • Regular communication with the QA team and assisting with the QA process
  • Assistance to the production support team

Required skills:

  • At least 3 years' experience in a business analyst or product owner role
  • Familiar with agile/kanban project management methodologies
  • An understanding of financial systems, specifically insurance/investment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Delivery and quality focused
  • Willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment
  • Problem solving
