This role will provide a broad range of administrative and organisational support across the Senior Management Team, including the CBU Manager and Director of Midwifery.


The role involves the efficient running of all administrative duties, including diary management, minute taking, and collating and preparing reports.

You should be an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has excellent organisational skills and able to work independently.

The post holder will have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams. They will also have excellent communication skills written, face to face, telephone and via video call.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Women's and Children's Clinical Business Unit (CBU).

The Women's and Children's CBU covers Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Maternity, Paediatrics and Neonatal. This role will be based within the CBU Management Office at Warrington Hospital.


This is an exciting time to be joining Warrington and Halton Hospitals and the Women's and Children's Health team as we look to improve our services by undertaking a number of quality improvement projects.
