Our client is currently seeking a skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to implement a wide range of IT and Telephony services to their growing portfolio of surrounding businesses.

This is an exciting position for someone looking to continually grow their skill set in a faced-paced working environment.


Responsibilities for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:

  • Providing 2nd line support insuring accuracy
  • Maintain and work within clients' SLAs
  • Managing ticketing systems and answering phones
  • Accurate diagnosis of faults and competent in rectification
  • Confident troubleshooting
  • Identifying when to escalate issues into 3rd line
  • Driving a company van to surrounding business on a "need" basis

Experience required for the 2nd Line Support Engineer:

  • Office 36
  • LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi
  • Windows Troubleshooting
  • PC Hardware and Software
  • Clean UK driving license
