Salary:
£25,000+Commission (OTE £35-£40k)

Due to a period of expansion, we are looking for a sales administrator to join our team.


Your main responsibility will be to support the Group Sales Director in ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day sales by assisting them with a variety of administration tasks.

You will be communicating daily with customers, suppliers and contractors so excellent communication skills are essential. You will need to be an organised individual to be successful in our fast-paced environment. A very varied role that will put you in the centre of the Sales hub.


Responsibilities:


  • Handling of all group client enquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Effective management of the lead from initial contact through to post sale.
  • Responsible for the booking of site visits for all the groups sale teams.
  • Generating, sending out and following up on well written quotations in line with the company's ethos.
  • Ensuring the accurate recording on customer information on the company CRM.
  • Keeping track and recording up to date job values to ensure accurate information is passed over to be invoiced.
  • Providing administration support to the sales and operations teams.
  • Supporting the Operations director by managing a clients Garden Room and Building projects, ensuring the customer has a smooth and excellent customer journey.
  • Accurate reporting of customer information using the companies one drive.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years sales experience, ideally within an officebased environment.
  • Highly driven and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organised, accurate and results orientated.
  • Good project management skills
  • Able to prioritise, multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Good Numeracy skills.
  • Good IT skills (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Highly Organised.
  • Attention to detail.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Wallingford, OX10 0EG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- administration: 1 year (preferred)


  • Sales: 2 years (preferred)
