Description

• Develop the social media strategy for GNOC brands across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Tik Tok.
• Schedule, publish and manage responses of all social media posts efficiently and effectively. This includes making sure tone of voice used, message, knowing the target audience, and suitability of a post with the overall business objectives and marketing strategy.
• Creating and developing ideas, writing, and repurposing content for the chosen social media platforms.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to generate ideas and content.
• Create reports and analysis on social activity.

• Produce Graphical assets using Adobe Suite.
• Assisting the marketing manager in everyday tasks in line with the strategic marketing plan across all brands under the GNOC umbrella.
• Support all members of the team when necessary.

• Educated to degree level.
• Graphic design experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills; must be able to professionally and effectively liaise with customers, external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Organised with a high level of attention to detail.
• Outstanding team player with a proactive "cando" attitude.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Able to work independently and take full responsibility and ownership for a project.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office essential.
• Understanding of Adobe Suite and knowledge of ecommerce sites such as Shopify, Amazon and Ebay preferred but not essential.
• No previous marketing experience is required, however it would be advantageous.

• Durham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
