Responsibilities:


Job Scheduling:
Efficiently book in jobs, coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal scheduling.


Contract Management:
Review, send, and follow that up that contracts are signed by the customer ready to book installs.


Deposit Collection:
Co-ordinate deposit collection process, ensuring timely payments are received in accordance with company policies.


Client Communication:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries regarding project installations and providing updates as needed.


Administrative Support:

Provide administrative assistance to project teams, including maintaining project documentation, monitoring project progress, and escalating to the correct member of staff when required.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in project planning or project administration or a related field is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational skills and detailoriented.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to £23,000.00 per year
