Description

Mobile Multi-Skilled maintenance man/woman needed to join a fast growing National facilities provider.

Job tasks will will include:
*Carpentry and joinery.

*General building maintenance.

*Basic carpentry i.e door handles/latches/locks.

*Basic plumbing i.e tap changes/blocked sinks.

*Garden and fencing works.

*Basic electrics i.e plugs/fuses/light bulbs.

You will be responsible for managing jobs, job sheets and planner via CAFM software.

Salary: 30, ,000

Van, uniform and fuel card provided.

Immediate start.
CIS options available from £180-190/day.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
