Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Adjust delivery dates of sales orders in SAP, according to material allocation planning
  • Liaise with Material Allocation coordinators when necessary
  • Take part in the implementation of the Digital transformation project
  • Support Customer Service Team Lead, Digital and the wider Customer Services function
  • Enter agreed pricing into SAP and update customer price files, using the standard process procedure
  • Liaise with Customer Service team for any necessary amendments to sales orders
  • Support Customer Services team with daily invoicing tasks
  • Enter customer complaints in SAP, using the standard process procedure
  • Process service recovery tasks in SAP
  • Occasional requests for quality documentation
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties

Mandatory requirements:

  • High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of working with MS Office
  • Experience of working with SAP Sales and Distribution module.
  • Strong administration and data entry experience
  • English fluency, both written and spoken
