Description

Duties can include:

Providing an outstanding level of care, ensuring service users live independently in their own homes
Working in various care settings on a daily basis, tailoring support to the needs of the individual/service
Prompting and assisting with medication
Assisting with domestic duties as and when required within the home
Working closely with the team to ensure all duties are carried out to the highest standard
Monitoring, responding and reporting appropriately the wellbeing of the service user and responding in a timely manner to any concerns
Maintaining good communication and effective working relationships with all members of the team.

We require from you:

A minimum of 6 months paid experience in care/support related position in the UK is
essential.
PVG Membership Number
Ability to adapt well in a fastpaced environment and use your own initiative
Confidence to build rapport with service users and families
