YOUR NEW JOB...

We are looking for a Partnership Operations Assistant to join our Rightsholder Management team, based in our brand-new office in Altrincham.

In this newly created role, you will join us for a period of 12 months, helping us to deliver final Playlist and Running Orders to stadium LED systems across football and rugby clubs.

You will also be supporting the Rights Holder Management team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

AS OUR PARTNERSHIP OPERATIONS SUPPORT YOU WILL- Support the LED Partnership Operations team with the delivery of LED perimeter advertising through:

Following specific processes and workflows to allow for complete visibility and audit of workloads
Communication and co-ordination with Partnership Operations Lead's, ensuring that LED operations are delivered successfully, supporting SPORTFIVE's best in class proposition.
Allocation of media files against playlists in our Bridge system
Creation of Playlists and Running Orders in the Bridge system, as per the requirements of the Partnerships Operations Lead and the client
Sharing of match LED inventory information as required, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, via operators and/or Clubs.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, Production & Operations to safeguard SPORTFIVE's placement of perimeter advertising inventory on its 40+ strong club contract portfolio.
Develop key rights holder and client stakeholder relationships including information sharing and covering in the absence of the Operational Lead.
General admin support for the Rights Holder Management department

WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Strong administration skills- Attention to detail- Great communicator- Team player and able to build relationships with stakeholders across different areas of a business- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload and different commitments- An operational mindset, solutions focused, and able to adapt to changing priorities and tasks- An interest in the sports industry is advantageous but not at all essential to be successful in this role
