Product Specialist, Fashion Tech Industry

Location:
East London


Salary:
£30,000-£40,000


Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new product ideas and concepts
  • Researching customer needs and trends
  • Working with marketing teams to develop product launches
  • Assisting with product development and testing
  • Managing customer service enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers and vendors

Technical Skills Required:

  • API intergration knowledg
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in product development and testing
  • Experience with CRM and data analysis software
  • Knowledge of web design and coding
