Description
KEITS is looking for a freelance Training and Assessment Consultant in Horticulture.

The successful consultant will be located in or around the Home Counties area.


This is an opportunity to work alongside our highly successful team, supporting learners in their workplace, to achieve their Apprenticeship.

We require someone to complete workplace visits, deliver training, assess skills and provide quality reports accordingly.

To be considered for the work, potential consultants will need to have:

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Horticulture.
  • Excellent communication and people skills and to be professional and approachable.
  • Have the means to travel in the required area.
  • A current enhanced DBS check, or the willingness to secure one prior to starting the work.
It may prove to be an advantage in securing the work if potential consultants have the following:

  • Teaching experience in an FE or HE environment
  • A teaching qualification at L3 or above
  • TAQA L3 or equivalent and/or assessment experience
  • An understanding of workbased learning
