Looking for a switched-onPart Time Administrator to join a friendly and well-established Healthcare company based in Kennington.
Closest to Kennington & Denmark Hill station | 6 months with potential to be extended or go permanent | £15ph+ exclusive OA benefits | 3 days per week, 9am - 5:30pm | Hybrid working (1 day remote) | Must be immediately available
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a small team of dedicated individuals supporting general practice and partners to improve the care of our diverse population.
Administrator Main duties
- Arranging (planning and scheduling) internal and partner meetings including taking minutes of meetings.
- Collate meeting papers and distributing to attendees.
- Support the preparation of internal management reports and project management reporting.
- Maintain a corporate diary showing key meetings and availability.
- Coordinate the booking of meetings
- Provide administrative support to the operational team.
- Support financial management including the processing of invoices.
The ideal Administrator
- Knowledge of administrative procedures
- Minute taking experience
- Experience of setting up and maintaining processes within a team
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information
