The Stonemasonry Company Limited is hiring


Based just outside of Stamford, Lincolnshire, we are looking for a
Sales Administrator to join our growing organisation, supporting the team in the creation of unique and bespoke high-end residential stone structures.


The role will consist of:

  • Handling incoming enquiries
  • Qualifying leads and passing to Estimating Team.
  • Proof Reading and finalising quotations for circulation to clients
  • Managing sales pipeline to track enquiries throughout tendering process and taking opportunities to close a prospect
  • Proactively following up previous tenders, maintaining records of communication
  • Delivering a high level of aftersales support, building and maintaining client relationships and liasing with internal departments to follow the sale from endtoend, in line with commercial and customer needs.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients and delivering excellence in customer service
Key Skills

  • Excellent level of English
  • Communication skills verbal & written
  • Computer skills using Microsoft packages, internal software and systems in line with processes
  • Attention to details, identifying discrepancies
  • Time management, able to multitask
  • Selfstarter and shows initiative
  • Professional etiquette, Emails and telephonically
Experience

  • Previous Customer Service experience, ideally from a sales background
  • Proven higher level of Excel skills essential
  • A background in Construction related industries would be an advantage


The role itself will be for 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08:00 -17:00, with flexible hours by agreement; however presence in the office every weekday is essential.
