About the role
Working as a member of our Tees Valley Inclusive Futures Team you will engage with economically inactive participants to help build the capacity of local groups and organisations through development and delivery of sustainable projects, to meet the needs of the local community.
The post holder will provide a valuable resource for Groundwork NE & Cumbria to enable it to achieve the Trust objectives.
Dealing with a variety of project delivery tasks in a diverse and busy internal and external environment, ensuring deadlines are met whilst maintaining quality.

We want someone like you with the confidence to positively engage and motivate people from a wide range of backgrounds.
In your role you will work closely with employment coaches to develop individual learning plans and future goals for participants.
You will have proven experience of working with employers and referral agencies. In the role you will need a sound understanding of the Employability Agenda both nationally, regionally and locally.
