GBS Apprenticeships are recruiting for a Sales & Bootcamp Team Leader

About The Role

This will be a Leadership role within the Sales Department at GBS Apprenticeships responsible for driving the targets and success of the Apprenticeship and Bootcamp teams.

Qualifications

Essential:

5 GCSE (9*4/A*C) (or equivalent) including English and maths

Roles/Responsibilities

Managing a small sales team, guiding and supporting them to achieve targets and KPI's as well as meeting personal targets and KPI's, helping to develop and embed structure and processes, as well as reporting activity and successes.

Main responsibilities:

Line manage, support and lead a small sales team
Responsible for meeting team targets
Lead on Sales Team meetings and set objectives/targets/KPI's for the team
Reporting on achievements/KPIs/Targets and manage reporting to external stakeholders
Overall responsibility for managing the Bootcamp Department
