Role Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Executive to lead our marketing initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Buttn as we just start our path.

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand recognition. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure alignment with our company's goals and mission.


Responsibilities:


Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:


  • Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and roadmaps that align with Buttn's mission and objectives.
  • Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement through effective marketing campaigns, including App Store Optimization (ASO) and Google Play Store optimization.
  • Run and optimize app install campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and social media advertising.

Team Leadership:


  • Build, lead, and mentor a marketing team.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Set clear goals and expectations for team members.

Brand Management:


  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Buttn's brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand integrity across all channels.
  • Work on enhancing the company's and founder's reputation in the market.

User and Trainer Acquisition:


  • Drive user and trainer growth through various channels, including digital marketing, social media, partnerships, and more.
  • Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

Content Strategy:


  • Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with our target audience.

Data-Driven Insights:


  • Utilize data analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Make datadriven decisions to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Mobile Marketing Automation:


  • Implement mobile marketing automation and push notification strategies to increase user retention and engagement.

A/B Testing and Experimentation:


  • Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize app marketing campaigns and improve user acquisition and engagement metrics.

Partnerships and Collaborations:


  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand Buttn's reach and user base.
  • Work on making the company attractive for investors and partnerships.

Professional Events and Conferences:


  • Prepare for and participate in professional events and conferences to promote Buttn and network with potential partners and investors.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of marketing experience with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience in launching apps and driving user acquisition and engagement.
  • Experience working in an early startup environment
  • Experience in the health and wellness industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative work style
  • Technical skills:_
  • Proficiency in running and optimizing app install campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Adjust, Metabase, Poshtog, Branch and data analysis to drive decisionmaking and campaign optimization.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Knowledge of CMS and the ability to oversee content strategy and creation.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Figma) and video editing software for content creation.
  • Knowledge of mobile marketing automation and push notification strategies to increase user retention and engagement.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize app marketing campaigns.

Salary:
Up to £65,000.00 per ye
