I am representing a Commercial Refurbishment and Office Fit Out Contractor based in Reading who are looking for a new Project Manager to join their core team.

General Information:

Main contractor who are Office Fit Out specialists - Cat A & B

Salary:
circa £50K plus package

Ambitious, enthusiastic and articulate individuals with the right attitude to work
Local to the Reading office - 40 miles maximum distance
At least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in within the fit out construction sector
A proven track record of estimating and delivering projects ranging in value from £100k to £1m.
Knowledge of CDM, Building Regulations and mechanical and electrical services is essential.

Ability to take projects from pre-construction and client brief through to final account including site survey, estimating, client presentation and contract delivery.

A full understanding of contractual and commercial matters is essential.

Qualifications:
SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid
