A key member of the Revenue Team, you will follow proactive selling strategies and revenue management procedures to maximise hotel revenues.

• Proactively selling to maximise revenue and guest satisfaction by receiving room reservations
• Contributing to achieving maximum occupancy for all hotels by assisting in maintaining effective inventory control.
• Handling all reservations and group sales enquiries efficiently and professionally.
• Ensuring that all reservations are inputted in the system efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maximising customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting the hotel's other services and facilities to guests
