We are looking for a talented and motivated Office Administrator with reception duties to join our growing company and be a key driver of SE Firsts continued success as one of the UK's leading Energy Consultancies.
Role:
Reporting into the Office Manager, the Office Administrator will have an ear to the ground and be aware of everything that's going in the company, from knowing which important meetings will be taking place to co-ordinating deliveries and supporting the Office Manager with all office related activities.
Front of House and Reception will form part of the duties of the role, along with answering the phones, managing the post, processing data entry, arranging client meetings, travel, accommodation bookings and providing administration support to the HR Team, Operational and Commercial teams when required.
Often the first person that employees and potential clients see, you will maintain a well-groomed appearance whilst remaining calm, courteous and professional at all times.
The role of Office Administrator requires a person who enjoys dealing with people and is confident in approaching all levels of colleagues, as the role interacts with the entire business.
- Excellent attitude towards customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised and reliable
- Adaptable to change tasks and reprioritise as required
- Quick learner with the ability to learn new systems and processes
Minimum requirements:
- Maths & English GCSEs level C, grade 5 or above
- Previous administration experience
- Customer Service experience and confident phone manner
- Experience with Microsoft Office
