Responsibilities include:

Support and maintain company Cloud infrastructure and architecture
Support and maintain company AWS Cloud services
Communicate with technical architects to provide consistently good quality service to the cloud systems
Perform disaster recovery (DR) and failover testing on company cloud systems to test the build quality of the service continuity
Liaise with project managers and technical architects to help provide end to end assistance for the projects
Complete capacity planning and proposing the required resources to existing various virtual infrastructure (AWS, Azure)
Share your knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team
Build up a test suite to support a continuous deployment environment
Produce documentation sets based on work with the support teams
Manage configuration of all cloud systems to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems
Manage the tools and systems within release and deployment pipelines to provide better analytics and fast feedback on all processes

Requirements:

Good system administration and configuration management skills within an AWS environment
Knowledge of the following is an advantage: Vmware, Azure, Windows server and SQL server, Security standards such as ISO 27001, switching + routing + Cisco + VPNs + PWAN/MPLS, cloud migrations and integration, proxy services, and finally infrastructure upgrades
An ability to communicate technical concepts to a nontechnical audience
Experience with working in a team on technical projects
